How to Remove Blueberry Stains from Acrylic Fabric

Cleaning at home and dealing with the removal of different stains could be very difficult task. There are stains which can be removed really easily and there are type of stains for which you may use a little help from professional cleaners. The cleaning services in the heavily-populated cities are quite a lot and provide really amazing opportunities. A lot of people today choose to trust professional cleaning services for most of the domestic chores.

Like we said in the beginning, there are a lot of domestic chores and there are some for which you don't need some special solutions. The blueberry stains are having pretty distinctive appearance and there is a way to get them cleaned, but you need to act quickly.

Here's how you should proceed:

  • Sponge the area with cold water. As soon as you notice the stain, the sooner you do so, the better.
  • Take one lemon fruit, cut it in half and rub the blueberry spot with the slice.
  • Rinse with cold water next and allow the area to dry before you take any further actions.

I have to say that this method usually works from the first time, but if the stain is already set, you might use something more powerful. You just have to pre-soak the affected area. For that you will have to make a solution from 1 quart warm water, 1 teaspoon laundry detergent. To that you can also add 1 tablespoon white vinegar to boost the effect. Soak for not more than 15 minutes and immediately wash as usual after that.

Remember it's very important to treat the stain as soon as it's possible. The blueberry stains could be very stubborn, therefore you also need more patience. In case the first time the stain doesn't go off, you can repeat the entire procedure.
